Fill in your details and click “Submit Your Quote” button. You will receive a confirmation email of your enquiry.
We will reply in 2-4 hours with a quote.
Yes, most of the time we have solar label kits in stock.
For most custom orders we are able to ship the following day.
For all standard solar labelling, we offer same day or next day shipment.
Some jobs are larger and this may take longer. Please feel free to enquire by calling or emailing us.
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. For orders that will take longer, you will be notified shortly after receiving your order by one of our friendly staff over email or phone.
If you would like your order to be handled urgently, you can mark your order urgent on the order form when you are ordering on our website.
Yes, we offer free shipping for all solar labels/kits that are stock items for orders over $300 plus GST
Yes, we accept Mastercard and Visa.
Please note: A Credit card surcharge of 1.55% applies for all orders over $350 plus GST.
You can also pay by bank transfer if this is your preference.

Yes, all of our labels are suitable for outdoors.
Yes we can. You can send us your art file for your logo and we will supply you with a mock up for your approval

Our products are not refundable unless they have been supplied in faulty condition and items are returned within 14 days from purchase. On request and only in special circumstances are we able to exchange.

We do offer free shipping for custom engraving over $600 plus GST.
You can return items if they have been received in faulty condition. Otherwise, we do not accept returned goods. Some items (not all) can be exchanged, however shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
